We enjoyed a cozy stay with a beautiful view of the hills. The room was spacious, and the jacuzzi was perfect for two. Although the Wi-Fi signal was weak and breakfast options were limited, overall, I’ll recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. The beautiful views from my room's balcony offered a peaceful retreat, while the large, comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast was included and delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. The friendly staff was attentive and accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with my baby. The location was perfect—quiet yet just minutes from the town center.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The man working in the restaurant and doing the roomservice was very kind and worked very hard. The view from the room and the terrace was great.
The management services were poor, their was an fault on the booking website, not every room has jaccusi, the menu nor the other information was in english, their was no information over the area and it was very boring and expensive. The air in the room was very wet, even my clothes become kind of wet.

Nestled in a tranquil, forested atmosphere, this hotel is a perfect option for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with lavish bathrooms, including a jacuzzi. the friendly staff offers excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. the hotel has plenty of facilities such as a games room, jacuzzi, pool and sauna that add to the overall experience.
The hotel, however, may be a bit challenging to find, and it's necessary to rely on specific directions, especially if you're driving or arriving after dark.

It's a nice hotel, but you need a car to go to the center and visit the historic center and others interesting places

The hotel is between Petrópolis and Itaipava, up in the hills. 5 mins away from Petrópolis and 20 mins from Itaipava. The atmosphere is very nice.
The sound isolation between rooms is poor. If you really want to sleep longer and have problems with noise, be aware of that.

The hotel had a lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing during the hot summer days. The breakfast was delicious with freshly made bread and a variety of options, including fruits and cakes. the location was great, close to supermarkets and a shopping center.
The hotel was quite noisy during the night due to guests coming and going, which made it hard to sleep. the rooms were not as spacious as we expected.

Room was comfortable and large. Breakfast was excellent. Only 10 minutes from historic center or Petroplolis, but yet, it felt like we were in the country. Friendly staff (some spoke english).
Not easy to find, especially at night. Unless you speak Portugese, you need really good directions, but it was worth finding.

Spent Christmas here and the holiday decoration was lovely. the surrounding greenery creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast spread was great, offering a variety of fresh foods. the location near both Petropolis and Itaipava makes it easy to explore both. the outdoor pool is large and a great spot to cool off in the hot summer weather.
The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom.
